Sighing can feel so good, each time i sigh i am momentarily liberated off the thoughts in my mind, but at the end of each sigh i feel "heavier" than b4 it feels like i just shortened my life -_-"

The sian-ness is taking its toll on me, i duno y im THAT sian at all.... just on friday i went to play soccer but i cant shoot the damn ball and i lost posession each time i got the ball.....am i misfiring yet again? took shots and all of them went wide or sent me running down the slope chasing the damn ball....GOD SAVE ME.......

I think it really IS time for me to get started on reading up and studying psychology...... i have played around with that idea for sumtime but have nv really went about doing it.... nows probably a good time to do so....
